Our Story
Envision Homes is family owned and operated and has a reputation for helping those in need. With a long history of building through out California and Washington, Envision Homes came to San Diego County to help fire survivors rebuild. It was a very natural transition for Greg Bradford, CEO. His daughter graduated from the University of San Diego, he owned a residence in the San Diego area, and he and his wife had become very active in the Rock Church.
Greg brings with him over 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate sales and development. He has built nearly 3,000 single-family dwellings in dozens of communities and approximately 900 multi-family dwelling units (apartments and condominiums). In addition, he has built thousands of square feet of commercial property (office, retail and industrial), warehouses, storage facilities and all types of development infrastructure. Greg instituted value engineering concepts into all company products and processes, driving costs down while raising productivity and customer loyalty.
Envision Homes' goal is to establish a leadership role in building custom homes in Southern California. The office and showroom in Rancho Bernardo was opened in November of 2007. Since that time, the company has gained a growing number of clients and supporters. Currently, custom homes are being built in Ramona, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Fallbrook and Jamul.
