Troy Wacker brings over 30 years of Building Industry experience to Envision Homes

Prior to joining the Envision team, Troy acted as a Project Manager, and was involved in numerous residential building projects, including the design and production of single custom homes, gated semi-custom home communities, and multi-million dollar custom homes.

Troy’s role at Envision Homes is to oversee all day to day operations and to act as a point of contact with our Clients.

Toni Bevan, Purchasing Agent of Envision Homes, San Diego Division, is responsible for purchasing operations: bid process, contract negotiations, budget development and maintenance for each project and is a key participant in product design, specification and development.

Prior to becoming a team member at Envision Homes San Diego Toni has over fifteen years experience in the construction and real estate development industry developing projects from inception through completion of construction in San Diego, California and Las Vegas Nevada. She has worked on buying out multiple projects simultaneously including land development, master planned communities, single-family homes, town-houses and condominiums creating successful cost effective projects.
